OD Mini: the high-end short-range display sensor 

The OD-Mini combines precision measurement with ease of use. The lightweight stainless steel or aluminum housing houses the latest CMOS technology that guarantees accurate measurements regardless of the color or shiny surface of the object being detected. Thanks to intuitive operation and a display with four status LEDs, the OD-Mini configure itself particularly easily. Incidentally, the high-end display sensor can also be configured via the external teach input. The OD-Mini has a variety of interfaces with which this sensor can be effortlessly incorporated into any network.

OD-Mini also suitable for the food industry. Exact and simple height profile measurement of the cheese block at the input of a cheese cutting machine requires reliable detection of the product. When taking measurements, the displacement sensor determines OD Mini distances up to 250 mm with resolution to the µ range, for example, to reduce rejection.
