Rema Tip Top strengthens its position in the Belgian market with MBS-BMC acquisition.

This gives Rema Tip Top a strong presence in the Belgian conveyor belt market, where MBS, together with BMC, has become a major player over the past 25 years. Rema Tip Top thus becomes one of the largest total suppliers of rubber and plastic conveyor belts, conveyor belt components, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant wall covering materials and industrial plastics in the Benelux. 

The expertise present within MBS and BMC, the associated product range and service equipment have strong added value for Rema Tip Top. This acquisition comes more than two years after Rema Tip Top Belgium was established, serving the automotive market, selling the renowned Rema Tip Top wheel service materials.

Pierre De Keyser and Gert Moens remain ultimately responsible for the operation in Belgium. They will work closely with Rema Tip Top's industrial organizations.
