In this "ocean" of the systems landscape, numerous islands of information arise, with no connection or integrated approach. Some examples: information about real production numbers is essential for scheduling tools, downtime information should reach the maintenance department as soon as possible, and quality measurements should - if necessary - generate appropriate response plans....
And this is precisely where the shoe pinches: due to a lack of communication between all these islands, the potential of business data is often insufficiently exploited. What's more: data is often still transferred manually from one system to another. Not exactly a paragon of smart digitization!
Consolidating (read: bringing together) and interconnecting these "info-islands," including performing solution-oriented analyses for your production process, is a task in which Creonis excels. Compare this situation with a home automation system of alarm, lighting and heating: if these three systems are connected, you get more results from this. Or in practice: lighting and heating that are automatically turned off when the alarm sounds. Or vice versa: a disabled alarm that automatically triggers lighting and heating.
You can easily integrate Creonis' MES/MOM software with existing ERP or planning systems, SCADA and industrial hardware (scanners, sensors, scales, printers,...). Each system level has its own specific functionalities. To make optimal use of these, however, a thorough integration of all systems is necessary.
