100% recyclable and compostable paper bags

The LEAF has a revolutionary design and was developed specifically to produce paper bags from 100% recyclable and compostable paper mono material. The LEAF machine works with paper materials coated with minimal seal coating on the sealing surface. Paper mesh can also be processed that can be inserted in-line and sealed behind a window in the bag.

Reducing plastic waste

The carbon footprint and the environment were also considered, as the LEAF is constructed of stainless steel and other recyclable materials, such as recycled OCEAN PLASTIC, helping to reduce plastic waste.

Many features included as standard

The most commonly used and desired options are standard on the machine. For example, for adding a handle or block bottom, inserting mesh material, a film cutting and pasting table for quick paper roll changes and automatic side paper adjustment.

Extensive range of formats

With its wide range of bag sizes (190 mm to 400 mm bag width) and a capacity of up to 25 bags per minute, LEAF is the perfect machine for all paper applications. In its standard configuration, it produces both cushion and stand-up pouches.

Modular construction

The modular construction ensures that each module can be changed in a matter of minutes. This reduces downtime and costs during maintenance operations. Options and parts can be easily and quickly reassembled.
