Hygienic temperature sensors for the food and beverage industry

The new line includes temperature gauges in standard and compact versions, the fast responding sensor tip with low thermal conductivity error, ensures high accuracy even at short immersion depths. The sensors are available with an interchangeable Pt100 insert or with an even faster responding, non-interchangeable Pt100 insert. All instruments are vibration-resistant and meet protection class IP69.

A modular adaptive system based on a G½ hygienic process connection, is available in "steel on steel" and "steel on PEEK" versions. A wide range of hygienic process adapters is also available.

All instruments have a 4... 20 mA output; the OPTITEMP TRA-H6x is optionally available with HART, Bluetooth and NFC. An M12 connector is available as an alternative to the commonly used cable gland. Through the OPTICHECK Temperature Mobile App, wireless configuration, monitoring and basic verification is possible when the OPTITEMP TT 33 or TT 53 is selected as the temperature transmitter.
