Sanitary valves of European manufacture
Fluxer has a wide range of manual and automatic solutions.

European-made sanitary valves

In order to provide breweries, chocolate factories and other food companies with the right shut-off valves, actuators and fittings throughout all their processes, Fluxer offers a wide range of sanitary solutions in addition to traditional valves and taps. The possibility of customization from a European A supplier is particularly distinctive.

"Although production lines are often similar in the basics, each plant still has its own standards and specifications," says Frédéric Billiouw of Fluxer. "It is important for us, as a partner in flow control, to be able to respond to this quickly and appropriately. Therefore, for applications that come into contact with drinking water or foodstuffs, we can supply the necessary butterfly valves and ball valves in a hygienic version at very short notice. For this purpose, we have a wide range of manual and automatic solutions, equipped with DIN, welded or dairy couplings and in all common (and sometimes less common) diameters. When necessary, in cooperation with our supplier, we even offer customized solutions, both at the level of the couplings and, in exceptional cases, at that of the valve itself."

Hygienic design

The sanitary valves and actuators in question are designed according to the principles of hygienic design. "The inside is polished so that no food residues can remain anywhere. Depending on the application and customer requirements, solutions with Belgaqua, EC1935, FDA or even EHEDG certification can be opted for. And yes, that also applies to customization."

European make

The sanitary solutions in Fluxer's range come from mostly European manufacturers, including A-list supplier Eurobinox. "In our suppliers, we look first and foremost for quality and attention to detail. The cooperation with a European partner also means that all stocks are relatively close and therefore accessible at short notice, and that the engineering is also located in Europe. In the case of Eurobinox, the inspection also takes place in France, which means that even custom-made products in small quantities can be provided with the necessary certificates relatively quickly.
