Medtradex is launching a custom service for industrial surface disinfection with UV-C-LEDs in 2023. Compact test setups will be offered free of charge. Recent optical innovations from the medical sector at the company ZAPARAY now also allow industrial disinfection in seconds.
High power UV-C-LEDs and specifically developed reflectors provide 99.99% reduction of Listeria, Salmonella, E-coli bacteria in as little as 1 second irradiation (*). UV-C-LED radiation is the most sustainable disinfection technology: no thermal side effects, no chemical residues and very low power consumption.
In combination with UVC sensors, radiation is continuously monitored. An intelligent control unit gives your existing PLC commands regarding the status of disinfection.
MEDTRADEX provides customized integration. The UV-C-LED radiation curtain is compatible with all existing production lines.
Compact UV-C-LED test units are available for your internal validation study.
