Terms and Conditions of Promotional Gaming - Apple Watch Series 9

1. Organizer
This promotional game of chance is organized by Louwers Mediagroep, located at Schatbeurderlaan 6, 6002ED in Weert.

2. Participation
2.1 Participation in this game of chance is open to persons 18 years of age and older.
2.2 To participate, participants must sign up for Food-Tec Netherlands' newsletter through the official registration page.
2.3 Participation is limited to one entry per person.
2.4 Participation is excluded for employees of Louwers Mediagroep and their family members, as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the promotional game of chance in question.

3. Price
3.1 The prize for this game of chance is an Apple Watch Series 9 in the color 'Midnight'.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

4. Winner selection
4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on May 20, 2024.
4.2 The winner will be notified by email via FoodTec's LinkedIn page as well as the newsletter within 30 days of the end of the contest and must respond within 90 days to accept the prize.

5. Privacy and Newsletter Subscription
5.1 By participating in this game of chance, the participant agrees to receive marketing communications, including Food-Tec Netherlands' newsletter.
5.2 Louwers Media Group respects participants' privacy and will not share their personal information with third parties without permission.

6. Liability
6.1 Louwers Media Group is not liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by or in connection with participation in this game of chance or use of the prize.

7. End date
7.1 The win contest will run through May 19, 2024. Entries after the end date will not be considered.

8. Changes and Cancellation.
Louwers Media Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this game of chance at any time or cancel the game of chance if deemed necessary, without prior notice.

9. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
By participating in this game of chance, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
