TP Concept Study
From analysis to a practical and creative concept proposal. With complex or new production processes, it is wise to investigate the matter before making investment plans for production automation. For such situations, we have developed the TP Concept Study. The TP Concept Study forms the solid basis for a well thought-out investment proposal for an optimal production or assembly process.

TP Engineering, the foundation of your production system
Once the concept is final, it is converted into a 3D model. In this we also include the machines, robotics and production parts that we integrate into the project. The resulting detailed drawings form the basis for manufacturing the system components.

TP Constructing, the realization of the system
Based on the drawings, the entire production line or machine, including the controls, is built. Once the entire system is operational, we invite you to the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to review its operation. Once approved, the system is installed at your site and training for your operators and technical staff follows.

Our commitment does not stop after the delivery of the system, quite the contrary! In addition to supplying spare parts, we are ready to respond quickly to any malfunctions to solve your problems as quickly as possible. There are many gains to be made in efficient (and cost-effective) assembly by starting with the design of your product. If your product is not yet fully developed, Total Productivity can participate in FMEA sessions (analysis of potential errors in the product and/or assembly) and make suggestions on how to make the product more suitable for assembly (DFA - Design for Assembly) so that you can produce as efficiently as possible. We can also look at how to optimize product quality by implementing POKE YOKE solutions or testing/final checks.
