Since September 1, 2020, you can turn to Jadiflow for top-of-the-line hygienic process components. A new name under the sun, that's for sure, but one with a lot of experience and knowledge behind it. Managing director Dirk Niekerk: "Jadiflow is the new name for Flowcomm Belgium. We have been distributing the products of the Italian CSF Group since the 2000s. First in the Netherlands, since 2015 also in Belgium. But from now on the Belgian branch is sailing its own course with a new name, a new fresh logo, a new website and soon also new premises. What has remained is our approach. Firmly rooted in technology, always ready to serve our customers. So in terms of service and support, nothing will change at all. Because it is really with our expertise that we can make the difference." Standing next to Jadiflow is Remaflow. "As Jadiflow, we limit ourselves to distributing CSF Group products. With Remaflow, we offer all kinds of complementary products: from fittings to filters, from compensators to check valves. That way, customers can get everything from one source."

Quality and hygiene above

When Flowcomm started it in 2003, it was mainly to contend with the stigma that Southern European-made products often unfairly carried with them. "That they were of inferior quality. It is also said that a Fiat spends more time in the garage than on the road. Something not at all consistent with how the products of the four family-owned CSF Group perform." In those nearly two decades, Niekerk has managed to reverse that image. Today they are synonymous with quality. And rightly so. "They may still be seen as the little brother, but their range, which has the necessary certifications for use in food (EHEDG, 3.1, FDA ...) and even in medical applications, actually speaks for itself. The nice reference list we have built up in the Netherlands and in Belgium proves it. The CSF Group elevates hygiene to an art for its pumps, valves and heat exchangers. We will also literally and figuratively highlight this at the Pump & Valves trade fair in the spring," Niekerk explains.

Service and support

At least the future seems to be smiling on Jadiflow. Sales have grown solidly over the past five years. An approach that works, in other words. But the ambition burns just as hard. "'We sign for your success' is not an empty slogan with us," says Niekerk. "We notice that there is less and less process knowledge present in the food industry. Also employing our own service technicians is becoming less and less. With our experience and process knowledge, we try to fill that gap for our customers. We are more than just "box shippers," but know from our product knowledge how processes work. And with our service, we want to unburden customers, giving them more time to do what they are successful at. After all, if our customers grow, so do we. Only then is our mission successful. And this is only possible because of the passion for technology that binds the whole of our team and the commitment to do double duty for our customers.
