The decision to move into the future as Nidec Drives was made from a strategic perspective and focused on progress. Control Techniques and KB Electronics have more than 50 years of experience as specialists in electrical drive technology. The transition to Nidec Drives is in line with their forward-looking approach and commitment to stay ahead in a constantly evolving market.

This name change does not affect Control Techniques or KB Electronics products and services. The products will remain of the same high level of quality. The new name will be visible on social media, products and in brochures. The team of drive specialists remains unchanged.

The decision creates more cooperation within Nidec, a global brand. With the transition to Nidec Drives, Control Techniques and KB Electronics are strengthening the Nidec name.
