Unique trade show combo covers entire industry

The technology train is steaming ahead at lightning speed. Are you still up-to-date on all industrial developments? The unique combo of the Maintenance, Pumps & Valves and M+R trade fairs in Antwerp Expo will update visitors on March 23 and 24 about the ins and outs of the industry. With a rock-solid knowledge program and finally the opportunity for extensive networking, you'll be up to speed with what's going on.

No manufacturing process escapes digitization. But neither does any industrial fair. It will undeniably be the theme that links the three fairs Maintenance, Pumps & Valves and M+R. Easyfairs marketing event manager Bianca Peeters: "The fact that they are now taking place at the same time for the first time is a unique opportunity for visitors to get up to speed with the trends in their industry more efficiently than ever before. We therefore encourage visitors to attend Antwerp Expo as a team on March 23 and 24 and discover how together they can push their production to the next level." On the show floor, already completely sold out except for a few booths by the way, 400 exhibitors will gather to show how they can contribute to that mission. In terms of visitors, Easyfairs is counting on 5,000 or so.

Innovation Tours string together novelties

They do this primarily by bringing innovations to Antwerp. "For visitors, this still remains the most important reason for visiting a trade fair. After all, the introduction of new technology helps push the boundaries for better quality, a safer way of working, higher OEE or lower costs," says Peeters. With the Innovations Tours, Easyfairs quickly guides you through the main innovations. For the selection and composition of the route, the organizer can count on the input of BEMAS (Maintenance) and ie-net (M+R/Pumps & Valves). "As usual, we are also presenting the Innovation Awards this edition. These award the most relevant innovation for each niche fair. That will happen this year during the drink on Wednesday evening."

Digitization common thread in seminars

Another strong asset of the Maintenance, Pumps & Valves and M+R combination event will undoubtedly be the carefully composed seminar program. With seventeen lectures spread over two days and the organization of the Energik Steam Technology Day, that at least looks promising. "Digitalization will also be the common thread connecting the three trade fairs here. We noticed that there was a particularly strong interest from knowledge institutes, sector organizations and research institutes to participate. They too have not been idle in recent months and are now eager to come and talk about new developments that have an impact on maintenance, pumps and valves and measurement and control technology. Through the website, they can easily register for the fair and indicate which seminars they would like to attend."

Coronaproof

That this unique trade show combo will be a live event is beyond question for organizer Easyfairs. "That's what the industry really craves. We already saw it in our fall trade shows and it will be no different in the spring. To make sure that everything can run perfectly coronaproof, we are working with SGS. That way, everything happens according to the government regulations then in force."
