With its high suction capacity and many equipment options, the SCPL multi-stage ejector from Schmalz is universally applicable. The SCPL is suitable for the safe handling of different workpieces and can be extended modularly if necessary.
Porous or suction tight, large or small, the SCPL compact multi-stage ejector adapts flexibly to a wide range of process parameters. Its high suction capacity makes this ejector ideally suited for handling porous workpieces such as cardboard and packaging materials. Thanks to an optional air saver control, the SPCL can efficiently handle flat airtight materials such as glass or sheet metal. Providing efficient vacuum generation with low compressed air consumption, the SPCL is suitable for processes where high volume flow is required while optimizing energy consumption.
Other possible applications are large vacuum systems with partial occupancy. Here, the compact ejectors compensate for leakage currents that occur when handling workpieces with different air permeabilities and keep the vacuum level constant. In combination with flat gripping systems and suction traverses, these all-rounders also evacuate large volumes.
Schmalz has integrated valve technology and vacuum monitoring into the device; operators do not need external solutions to control the vacuum system. The compact ejector can be centrally controlled via an integrated M12 connector for quick and easy commissioning. The compact ejector is available as the basic model SCPLb or in the variant with integrated monitoring, the SCPLc. The latter has an electrical connection for controlling the integrated valves and vacuum switch and an LED display. The SPCL has a protection rating of IP54.
