ACOPOS P3 defies environmental influences

B&R servo drive is now better protected

The compact servo drive from B&R is suitable for use in aggressive atmospheric environments and at temperatures down to -25°C. The electronics of the ACOPOS P3 are even better protected from external influences by a special coating as standard.

As a result, the servo drive can now easily be used under extreme conditions such as in wind turbine. Applications in refrigerated areas or in very dusty environments, such as in the textile industry, are also possible. Additional expensive special hardware is no longer required, which lowers costs.

Extensively tested

To ensure that its hardwaer continues to perform reliably, B&R conducts extensive environmental testing. Testing is conducted in accordance with international standards and regulations in a fully accredited in-house testing laboratory and in certified external testing facilities.
