Creonis software has everything you need for thorough quality control and monitoring. The quality module of our MES/MOM software offers you numerous functionalities that play a key role in this. CSD records product and process parameters such as color, density and temperature throughout the production process. It closely monitors quality KPIs and provides checklists to standardize procedures and response plans for products with deviations.

The applications are very diverse:

• Product & process parameters: define which parameters you want to monitor, both for products and their processes.
• Specification management: establish in advance the appropriate specifications that both products and processes must meet. Then carefully monitor that changes to specifications are done by authorized persons through an approval flow.
• Work instructions: document in advance how samples are to be taken and how analyses are to be done.
• Sampling plan: automatically create samples according to a predetermined plan. Manual sampling is still possible. In both cases, you can schedule both one-time and periodic samples.
• Sample follow-up: monitor that all analyses are done in a timely manner via work lists (e.g., for lab technicians) and that results, e.g., deviations, are reported in a quality report
• Checklists: regularly check that the process is going the right way. Again, deviations are reported in a quality report.
• Quality notifications: follow up problem notifications and corresponding actions properly. Typical examples of problems are samples with deviations, safety hazards, complaints,...
