NORD DRIVESYSTEMS is making ordering parts even easier. Since February 1, 2022, customers in Belgium and Luxembourg have been able to search, order and track them online in the new Parts Shop at shop.nord.com/BE-nl/home
In NORD's new Parts Shop, users can easily search and purchase spare parts and accessories online 24/7. On the home page of the Parts Shop, the customer simply has to click on the orange "Find Parts Now" button. After entering the number on the drive's nameplate, or the number of the corresponding part, the customer can immediately see whether the desired product is available. Even more convenient is to create an account in the new E-Shop. Because after registration, the price of the part, delivery time, tracking and order history of the customer are also immediately visible. All orders go through a secure ssl connection. Orders placed before 10 a.m. will - if the part is in stock - be shipped the same day.
For some time, NORD has offered the possibility of configuring and ordering motors, gearboxes, frequency inverters and combinations thereof online via MyNORD. The intention is to eventually combine the e-shops for complete drive products and components into one central online platform with extensive options for the direct configuration and ordering of NORD products.
The new NORD Parts Shop is already available in several European countries and the United States. Since February 1, Nord's customers in Belgium and Luxembourg can also use the convenient E-Shop. "We are pleased to further expand our range of products and services with the new Parts Shop," says Nicky Vyvey, director of NORD Aandrijvingen Belux. "With it, we serve all customers in Belgium and Luxembourg, from small and medium-sized companies to international industrial groups. Our new e-shop will make ordering even easier and simpler for users."
