"What's in a name," Shakepeare once asked himself. Much is the answer. Yet in the case of Beltz247, because there the name already sums up the essence of the company. The entire team pools its years of experience to support customers 24/7 on everything conveyor belt-related. "Passion for the trade and service are paramount. That should be clear from the very first encounter," sums up General Manager Olivier Myngheer.

To transport foodstuffs through production, conveyor belts are indispensable. But at the same time, they require a great deal of attention to get them perfectly hygienically maintained. It is precisely this expertise that the team at Beltz247 can throw into the fray. Myngheer: "We are an ambitious new company, yes. And although we only exist from November 2, 2021, at the same time we represent more than 20 years of experience in the conveyor belt industry. That is the passion that binds me and all our employees and that we want to use to help our customers be successful. The fact that the focus is primarily on the food industry has everything to do with the added value we can offer there. By offering the right products and service on the one hand, and on the other hand by thinking with customers about how we can tackle certain issues and improve them. We keep our finger on the pulse of new developments, but always put the customer first. For example, by looking at what fits within his application, so that no renewed chassis is needed but an improved version of the conveyor in operation." 

Large stock and own confection workshop

At Beltz247, customers have the choice of rubber belts or FDA-approved plastic conveyors depending on the hygiene requirements in a specific production zone. "For each zone in a food environment, we can provide professional advice on what is the right solution for the challenge facing food companies. In doing so, we resolutely go for A-brands. After all, production reliability is crucial in the food sector. By choosing European quality, we can already rule out many unexpected problems," Myngheer said. At the headquarters in Lichtervelde, Beltz247 has a large stock in stock and is busy developing its own converting workshop for PVC and PU belts. "Everything is brand new and with the most modern techniques in terms of pressing and welding conveyor belts, we can serve customers in no time. That too is service." Furthermore, the company has all the components needed to finish conveyor belts to perfection, such as drive rollers, food approved scrapers ... 

Service teams well equipped with equipment and knowledge

To ensure customer service, Beltz247 has well-equipped service teams. They are constantly ready to solve urgent interventions at customers' premises. Mygnheer: "As a young company, we have already invested heavily in a nice fleet of vehicles to really live up to the 24-hour service we want to be known for in the field. When we arrive at customers' premises we have everything on hand to help them in a professional manner. The equipment is just one part, but we also have enough experienced people to provide that service. A team that we want to expand even further in the coming months. Expertise is crucial in our sector. If customers constantly come up against the same problem, they need a partner who thinks along with them to find sustainable solutions for their production. For example, we can supply conveyor belts with sealed edges, so that no dirt, grease or water can penetrate. For some production environments, this provides real added value to be better armed against external audits."
