Groschopp collaborated with V-Tech Venture B.V. developed a special servo motor for a screw denester. A screw denester ensures that stacked, "nested" packages, such as trays, are placed one at a time on, for example, an underlying belt. The challenge is to separate the packages so that they are placed on the underlying belt at the right time.
The video below illustrates this:
In practice, you have to deal with different shapes and materials of trays, dishes, trays, cups, mugs and blisters. It is therefore important that the denester can be adjusted accordingly.
The denester is driven by four Groschopp servo motors. These were developed in close consultation with the customer.
Steven Rommen: "In consultation with Mr. Willem Vogelzang of V-Tech, a round housing was chosen for the servo motor. By default, these are square.
Furthermore, the motor is equipped with a continuous hollow stainless steel shaft. This ensures optimal adjustment possibilities of the so-called ontnester screws".
This is now a typical result product of the consultive method from Groschopp. Here, Groschopp's knowledge, skill and experience combined with the client's expertise resulted in a beautiful final product.
