The new Quick-Lift Arm 100I Food is an intelligent lifting device with a hygienic design from floor to outrigger.

This lifting aid meets the toughest requirements in terms of ergonomics, safety and efficiency. In addition, the lifting aid is particularly suitable for use in sanitary and drying rooms with humidity levels up to 100%. The polished stainless steel construction ensures optimal water drainage and easy cleaning and disinfection.

The intuitive control handle makes the Quick-Lift Arm 100i Food easy to operate with minimal operator effort, regardless of the load weight. Loads up to 90 kg can be lifted and moved effortlessly, even when wet from thawing or condensation.

The intelligent control system ensures safety for both the operator and the workpiece. The end effectors can be adapted to the workpiece and are available in mechanical or pneumatic versions. Because the outrigger can rotate 360 degrees, the lifting aid has a large range. Optionally, the motor unit can be equipped with a stainless steel seal.
