Thanks to the advanced vision application developed by HUPICO, the robot is equipped with an exceptional ability to perceive its environment and react with unprecedented precision. The GTPanel, powered by Matrox MIL technology, adds another layer of intelligence to the system, allowing complex calculations and analysis to be performed effortlessly.

The SMT Pick & Place Machine Nozzle, designed specifically for 0201 components, acts as the robot's gripper. This highly specialized gripper allows even the smallest parts to be picked and placed with accuracy, greatly increasing the versatility and precision of the system. The entire system is fed by a linear feeder, which ensures a continuous and consistent supply of surface-mounted devices (SMDs).
