Users receive a complete system ready for operation because the system suppliers already assemble the mounting brackets at the factory. This saves users time and costs during commissioning of conveyor lines.
The special mounting bracket for the sensors of the 25C series makes mounting and fine-tuning of the sensors unnecessary for the system user, since the manufacturers of the conveyor system already mount the new mounting brackets at the factory. In the future, initial mounting and fine-tuning can take place beforehand - saving the customer time and money. Users can start work immediately after installation of the conveyor system.
The innovative mounting brackets are designed to fit perfectly with the 25C sensor series. The conveyor system manufacturer integrates the sensors into the inside of the conveyor system using the new Leuze mounting bracket. Obstructing contours caused by mechanical mounting systems are completely eliminated. Dust and dirt prevention is built in, requiring much less cleaning and maintenance. This Leuze solution requires less cleaning and maintenance than systems, which rely on classic retroreflective optical sensors. In addition, users benefit from the sensors' special ambient light configuration: For the models of the 25C series are insensitive to high-frequency LED lighting in production or logistics buildings. Thanks to their detection capability and excellent function reserve, the sensors also reliably recognize different pallet types.

With curiosity and determination, the sensor people at Leuze have been innovators in technological milestones in industrial automation for more than 50 years. They are driven by the success of their customers. Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow. Leuze's product range includes switching and measurement sensors, identification systems, data transmission and image processing solutions, and machine safety components and systems. The focus of their work is in the areas of intralogistics, packaging, machine tools, automotive and laboratory automation. Leuze was founded in 1963, headquartered in Owen/Teck in southern Germany. Today, there are more than 1,200 Sensor people around the world working with great experience and dedication for the sustainable success of their customers in a changing industry - whether in the technological competence centers or in one of the 20 sales companies supported by more than 40 international distributors.
