Microbreweries are flourishing as the taste for craft beer grows in the United States and Europe. Although these brewers are small, they are very serious about what they produce. It is this passion for quality that led Exhibit 'A' Brewing Company to choose Markem-Imaje for its imprinting needs. The brewery has four core beers with new limited releases coming out almost every week. At any given time, an assortment of about 13 different beers is produced and distributed to bars, restaurants and specialty stores. The care the company takes with its beer extends from brewing to packaging - including printing a date on the bottom of each can. "We do this for several reasons," explains Matthew Steinberg, co-founder and head brewer. "The main one is that our consumers can tell that the beer is fresh when they buy it, and also that we know when it was produced and can make sure customers get it the way we want it to taste.
