The SmartDate X45 and X65 OEM Connect are designed for the most demanding applications. They offer a seamless, cost-effective and reliable solution for OEM integration. They are compact enough to connect in any mounting configuration, while also providing all the capabilities of the SmartDate X45 and SmartDate X65 for message selection, production monitoring and help tutorials. The compact SmartDate OEM Connect was designed for easy installation in cabinets with tight dimensions and little free space.
Set up via Windows or Internet Explorer for easy communication with the host's Human Machine Interface (HMI).
Access all functions of the SmartDate X45 and SmartDate X65 connectivity thanks to the WEB User Interface or Virtual Network Computing* via the Host HMI. In addition, an optional remote user interface with touchscreen can be connected and installed anywhere on the packaging machine.
SmartDate X65 printers are freely configurable as intermittent or continuous line configurations. SmartDate X45 has only intermittent or continuous application.
The printer can be easily switched from left to right-hand set-up, with no additional parts.
The print range is maximized with a range of print heads: 32mm, 53mm and 128mm (depending on the type of device and printhead, it is possible to convert).
The print speed is adjustable between 10 mm and 1,800 mm** per second, to encode up to 455 products per minute at a resolution of 300 dpi.
A series of videos and step-by-step tutorials* guide the user through configuration and daily maintenance, directly from the packaging machine's HMI, for guaranteed high print quality.
The printer eliminates erroneous codes thanks to seamless connectivity with Detect-Plus, CoLOS® Mark & Read and other CoLOS solutions.
