Sterilization-resistant CO2 gas sensor for reliable and accurate measurement in incubators

The MicroSENS 7202.02-B.00 high temperature IR carbon dioxide sensor is specially designed for cell incubator applications. The IR CO2sensor can be placed directly in the incubation chamber to measure real-time incubator conditions. With its onboard actual pressure and temperature compensation, the sensor is highly accurate to 20 VOL-% CO2. During the sterilization process of an incubator, the CO2-sensor does not need to be disassembled as the sensor can withstand sterilization up to 190°C. The Micro-Hybrid gas sensor can therefore be used in medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology incubators for monitoring of CO2-concentrations
