With the BD 50/55 W Classic Bp handheld scrubber/vacuum cleaner, Kärcher's Classic range has added a versatile unit with traction drive and battery. In small stores, hospitals or for service providers in the construction industry, the easy operation of the BD 50/55 W Classic Bp scrubber/vacuum cleaner ensures that cleaning quality is always optimal, regardless of who is using the unit. The brush head and suction bar are made of pressure-cast aluminum and are particularly long-lasting. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the scrub/suction machine is easy to maneuver, even in small areas with many obstacles.
The clearly arranged control panel of Kärcher's new scrubber/vacuum cleaner groups the most important functions using color codes. The user does not have to select a cleaning program, but only manually lowers the brush head and/or suction bar to start the motor automatically. The four-wheel system and liftable brush head make the unit easy to transport. The brush head is barely 100 mm thick and can effortlessly sweep under shelves, refrigerators or furniture. With a brush pressure of 27 kg, the BD 50/55 W Classic Bp ensures an excellent cleaning result. Kärcher also redesigned the suction bar: it is curved and stays close to the machine, providing optimum suction power. This reduces the drying time on all hard and soft floors and makes manual after-drying unnecessary.
