E-learning allergens industry (Dutch, English and Polish)

Teach employees in manufacturing to properly handle allergens. Practical examples are used to explain what this means for daily work and how to prevent allergens from ending up in products unintentionally. The e-learning ends with a test and certificate.

The e-learning is suitable for production workers and operators working in the food industry. The e-learning is also available in the English and Polish.

The course material and test are taken entirely online. The average time required to complete the e-learning and take the test is approximately 30 minutes.

Allergen management course in hospitality and healthcare

Target audience: hospitality industry, caterers, artisan companies, specialty stores, kitchen managers, chefs, sous chefs, institutional kitchen managers and heads of food.

E-learning allergens foodservice (Dutch and English)

Our interactive e-learning provides background information and a practical approach to comply with allergen legislation. And even to go a step further and prevent cross-contamination risks. The e-learning is enriched with exercises and concludes with a test and certificate. 

The course material and test are taken entirely online. The average time required to complete the e-learning and take the test is 2 hours. The e-learning is intended for anyone working with non-prepacked food products such as in the hospitality, catering, health care, fresh food stores, bakers, butchers and ambulant trade.

Participation Information

The costs for our trainings include teaching materials, a good lunch for one- or multi-day trainings, coffee, tea and drinks, excluding VAT. Trainings can be given in both Dutch and English.

Cancel

If unable to attend, a colleague may take the vacant seat. Written cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the training. We then charge a € 35 administration fee. For cancellations within 14 days before the start of the training, the full amount is due. When the minimum number of participants has not been reached, it is possible that the training will be moved to a later date. There is of course the possibility to cancel further participation. In the case of classroom training, it may also be decided to move the training to location Scherpenzeel (head office of Allergen Consultancy).
