Axelent is acquiring the Danish stainless steel specialist NTF. With this acquisition, the two companies are joining forces, bringing together complementary products, specialized expertise, and strong market positions.
NTF has established a strong position as a specialist in stainless steel and hygienic safety solutions, with particular expertise in machine safety and equipment for the demanding food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. By becoming part of the Axelent Group, NTF gains access to Axelent’s international sales network and global market position. This provides a solid foundation for further international growth.
The acquisition is primarily aimed at capitalizing on new growth opportunities. Axelent sees significant potential in making NTF’s specialized safety solutions available to customers in international markets. At the same time, NTF brings its extensive knowledge of stainless steel, hygienic design, product development, and specific industrial applications to the broader Axelent organization.

NTF will continue its operations from Støvring, Denmark, under the name NTF – part of Axelent Group. The acquisition will not result in any changes to the existing organization in Støvring.
As NTF’s products and specialized expertise are gradually introduced to Axelent’s international markets, both companies anticipate an increase in business in Støvring. Over time, this is also expected to lead to further expansion of the local team.

One of the most significant growth opportunities lies with NTF Protect, NTF’s line of stainless steel machine guarding solutions. This product line is a valuable addition to Axelent’s existing range of machine guarding solutions and creates new commercial opportunities, particularly within the international food and beverage industry.
NTF and Axelent will work closely together in the coming years to gradually make NTF’s relevant safety solutions available in Axelent’s international markets. In doing so, they can count on the specialized knowledge and support of the NTF team in Støvring.
For existing NTF customers, the acquisition will not change anything in terms of day-to-day collaboration. They will continue to work with their trusted contacts and the current NTF organization. In the long term, they will also benefit from the advantages that come with being part of a larger, international industrial group.
