We consult with the customer and determine which energy source (propane, Futuria propane or lng), which type of tank (above-ground or underground), which volume is suitable depending on the energy requirement and consumption profile. We also carefully discuss the logistics process to ensure safe and reliable gas delivery. We want to provide customers with as much service as possible so that they can 100% concentrate on their core business and not have to worry about their energy. This is why most companies opt for an automated metering system. A telemetry system monitors the level of the gas tank(s) and sends a signal to Primagaz as soon as the stock has fallen below a certain level. We then ensure that delivery takes place in a timely manner," Tupitti says. "Keeping consumption in-house is also possible. Some companies choose this because their consumption can vary greatly periodically. Once they have a better understanding of when a peak period will occur, they contact Primagaz, which then schedules the delivery."
