From June 17 to 19, 2025, the TOC Europe 2025 trade fair will take place at Ahoy Rotterdam. TOC Europe, an established name for almost fifty years, continues to develop as the leading event for the global port and terminal chain. HELUKABEL will be present as an exhibitor in Hall 1, booth F64, where it will present its product innovations in the field of cable chains and reel cables.
HELUKABEL is showcasing its latest innovations in the field of drag chains and reel cables. We explain this in more detail below:
Cable carriers, also known as energy chains or cable chains, are used to transfer energy and signals from a fixed source to a moving destination. They protect cables and pipes against wear, damage caused by movement or vibrations, and external influences. Cable carriers ensure that cables are routed in a clear and organized manner, which optimizes the operation of machines and installations.
They are widely used in sectors such as mechanical engineering, automation technology, robotics, and internal transport.
HELUKABEL will be presenting its HELUCHAIN® series at the trade fair, consisting of cable chains made of steel, stainless steel, and plastic. The following types will be on display:
The HELUCHAIN® STEEL LINK 4-SL is available in steel, stainless steel, and hardened steel versions. These can be supplied with perforated cross carriers, foam rubber carriers, plastic spacers, and tubular carriers—fully pre-assembled.
Applications: machine tools, food industry (stainless steel), mills, special-purpose machines, mining, offshore industry, and more. Our specialists will be happy to advise you on completely pre-assembled cable carrier solutions.
Reel cables are indispensable in numerous industrial applications, such as elevators, industrial trucks, transport and mining installations, and construction and agricultural machinery. Due to the high mechanical stress involved in winding and unwinding, and the often harsh environmental conditions, these cables are subject to high demands. They therefore require special materials and constructions.
During the TOC Europe trade fair, HELUKABEL will be presenting an overview of the different types of reel cables and their areas of application. Samples from the HELUPOWER® REELING cable series will be on display at the stand. Information will also be available on: Festoon cables, Hoisting cables, Spreader cables, Lift cables, and Mining cables.
