ESEF Manufacturing 2024 with focus on sustainable and innovative manufacturing solutions

From March 12 to 15, Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs will open its doors for ESEF Maakindustrie. With the theme 'The makeability of tomorrow', more than 175 exhibitors will show how the manufacturing industry deals with topics such as digitalization, robotization and sustainability. Ricardo Vivas, exhibition manager ESEF: "This edition we offer a packed program, from presentations on the latest technologies and innovations to knowledge sessions on the challenges in the labor market. Tens of thousands of professionals and other interested parties within the manufacturing industry can prepare for an inspiring fair." ESEF takes place simultaneously with the TechniShow trade fair.

Focus on a sustainable future

Tomorrow's manufacturability is the focus during ESEF. Ricardo Vivas: "While the labor market faces major challenges due to automation, digitization is transforming the entire manufacturing industry with loT and AI. In addition, sustainability is becoming crucial with a focus on green manufacturing and recycling. All kinds of important themes that we will reflect in the various activities of the fair. For example, we are setting up the so-called Future Arena for knowledge sessions on topics such as energy consumption, robotization and chain integration. In addition, we are setting up a 'career street' on the exhibition floor where visitors can gain inspiration about the advancement and development of personnel."

Deep dive into latest technologies and innovations

At the trade fair, experts from Teqnow Koninklijke Metaalunie provide themed tours for visitors. Professionals get insights into improving business processes through data. In addition, visitors get explanations on how to achieve a manageable, reproducible and error-free production process. Ricardo Vivas: "I look forward to welcoming all experts from the manufacturing industry to Jaarbeurs. ESEF takes place at the same time as the TechniShow trade show. The strength of this combination is that it brings 'make' and 'buy' under one roof. Together, ESEF Maakindustrie and TechniShow form the largest platform in the Benelux in the field of industrial production technology, processing and machining of metals, plastics, accessories and tools. This is the stage where business, research, education and government meet, for demonstrations, innovations and networking moments.
